After discussed with my family, we shortlisted Deluxe Vietnam travel. We decided to change the cruise to Vega Cruise. (Vega Cruise is USD30 cheaper than Majestic Cruise based on price).

If you cannot provide Vega Cruise, then we will book the Vega Cruise separately ourselves. Any possibility to provide Chinese speaking (or Hokien) tour guide as my parents do not understand English?

Please also see any possibility to arrange back rest (for 2 elderly) for boat ride in Trang An due to long hours.

Thank you for the mail. If you want to join Vega cruise, the price will be USD in total. Please kindly noted with Vega cruise - you will stay 1 night on boat and 1 night in Cat Ba island and you will join in the bus with other tourists for Hanoi - Halong bay - Hanoi journey.

For Chinese speaking tour guide, we will try to arrange one if it is available. It is because our Chinese speaking tour guides are used for big groups.

For back-rest on the boat in Trang An, there is no possibility because it is the design. However, it is private boats for your family. If you think it is enough, you can go back. Should you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

- When we send you the hotel and cruise confirmations, we request the 50% deposit of the payment to be transferred to our accounting manager bank account. The rest will be paid in cash on arrival in Hanoi.
- We request the passport information of the group for the cruise.
- Please inform us if any special request on food - ex. can not eat pork, beef, seafood....

- If the bad weather happens and Halong trip can not be operated, we will fully refund the price of 3 day trip to Halong and if the 1st night on the trip in Halong bay can operate and the second night can not operate, we will charge one 1 night:
USD/person * 9 persons = USD( 11 year and 14 year children are seen as adults in Vietnam tourism)
50% for 5 year old child = USD
80% for 8 year old child = USD

Then, up on your request on other tours, we will tailor-made other options.
- The weather in November is very good without typhoon, so no problem as so far.
- I tried to talk with our manager and he said: The price 3100 USD for the group is the best price and we just take 6 % commission of the total payment. This is the price we give for our travel agents. As you can see, the 11 and 14 year old children get the same refund as adult people.

I check agoda.com and booking.com. I got Family room at Hanoi Royal Palace hotel 2 /night - Deluxe Room. Family room at Hanoi La Suite Hotel family room - Deluxe Room.
