I was looking for a Hanoi tour package for a 4D/3N stay and came upon the Tripadvisor reviews of Deluxe Vietnam Tours Company so I emailed them and was not expecting a prompt reply from Mr. Tony Ta. The Hanoi itinerary he gave was fit for our stay and I did not look for any other travel agencies. Mr. Tony promptly replied to all my queries and gave us the best possible Hanoi tour package. We booked the 4 Day Treasures of Hanoi (2 days private city and food tour + 2 nights at Hanoi Silk Queen Hotel + overnight cruise via Huong Hai Sealife Cruise + private AC van + Water Puppet Show fee).

We also got the best seats at the Water Puppet Show (front row, center facing the stage).

Mr. Thai Ta was our top-notch designated tour guide in Hanoi. He is approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable and answered all our queries in relation to the sites we visited and more. We had a superb time and especially enjoyed Hanoi food tour. He even accompanied us to the Ha Long port and was also there to pick us up the next day (one-way travel from Hanoi to Ha Long is approx. 4 hours). He even checked up on us on our way to the airport for our flight back to the Philippines.
