Luxury Huong Hai Sealife cruise – Newer cruise with nicer cabin – highly recommended
Option 1 - Hanoi private tour package: You will have a private 7 seat car with driver and tour guide for whole tour . It will be more convenient because you do not have to wait for anyone. Time for departure and return are more convenient. Journey – Hanoi to Halong bay is 3.5hour one way(estcorted tour guide from Hanoi) and Price for a private group of 2 person: USD/person * 2 persons = USD in total.
Option 2 – Combination of private tour and join-in van: Transfer from airport(2ways) and Hanoi city tour are private tour package. Hanoi – Halong bay – Hanoi: join-in van with group(tour guide onboard only). If you are the 1st person, you can sit anywhere you like, but the driver will drive around the city to pick up other tourists and it may take around 30minutes. If you are the last person, you have to take the last seat. The journey from Hanoi to Halong bay takes around 4 hours/way. The next day from Ha Long to Hanoi, after check out the cruise, you will have to wait 45 minutes to more than 1 hour for the van to come. Price: USD/person * 2persons = USD in total

Thank you very much for the information provided. We like to take your recommended Luxury 5 star Huong Hai Sealife cruise with Option 1 - Hanoi private tour, and have few more questions as below:
1. My friend will arrive at Hanoi on 9/29 (one day before me) late at night, how much will the cost be if she requires a pick-up service from the airport to the same hotel we will stay and one more night at that hotel?
2. Would it be possible for us to have a Maderine speaking tour quide as my friend is not good with English?
3. In our 1st day tour in Hanoi, may we shorten or extend the time in any stop if we wish?
4. Our departure time on 10/4 are both late in the evening, are we free to choose the time to be sent to the airport?

Thank you for the mail. Pick up and the room at the same hotel - XXX USD for your friend( please kindly noted: even for 2 persons, it is still XXX USD). Our Maderine speaking guides are used for big groups, so if at that time we have available Maderine tour guides, you will have. If all our Maderine tour guides are busy, you will have English speaking tour guide. In this case, Our English speaking tour guide will speak slowly and it will be fine for your friend.
It would be fine to shorten or extend time in any stop in the city tour and you are free to choose the time to the airport. However, it should be 3 hours before your flight departure and you should inform the time.

When we confirm the booking with our clients, we request 50% deposit of the payment to our accounting manager's account. The rest will be paid in cash in Hanoi. The deposit is to guarantee that you will come.
