In the last mail, I just copied from the old itinerary to say from day 1 to the last day. For the meals, Some should be arranged by me and some can let them to arrange by themselves if you want. Or if you want all the meals to be included, please inform me.

Thanks for the information. The time when the group will travel is the peak season in Vietnam. Therefore, the confirmation on twin room or single room as well as the flight Hanoi - Siemreap - Saigon is needed. The hotels will not allow me to keep the rooms for a long time. 1. The airfare for Vietnam Cambodia trip is much more expansive in The US. Can you please make reservations from your end? If yes, please let me know what information you need.

2. The total number of travelers is 17. Can you please adjust the quote and send to me?

3. They need 7 double-bed rooms and 3 single-bed rooms.

4. Does the price for Cambodia tour package include transportation as well?

5. While in Ha Noi, Siem Reap and Saigon, the guests will choose one night to arrange dinners themselves. The nights are: 3/9/2015 in Ha Noi, 3/11/2015 in Siem Reap and 3/14/2015 in Saigon.

6. The cost for lunch is USD and dinner is USD each.

7. Ha Noi to Siem Reap should be on Tue, 3/10 and Siem Reap to Saigon Thu, 3/12. I have attached the itinerary for your reference.

So here, you need 7 rooms which have 2 beds in each room and 3 rooms which have 1 bed in each. Is it correct?

- We can not swim from the boat because of the safety. The boat trip lasts 4hours. If they want to swim, the boat trip must be 7hours.

- The bus for group of 12 person is 24 seat bus with air condition - cost USD. This bus is used for group from 7 persons to 12 persons. This bus can not hold more than 12 persons.

- However, for group of 17 persons, I use 45 seat bus with air condition - cost USD for Vietnam tour only. If you want me to book the air tickets - Hanoi - Siemreap - Saigon, please send me their name which is the same as their passports - Important.

USD for Cambodia is for 12persons. Now, 17 persons will cost more. The other things I will send you tomorrow.

Thanks for the information. What I need is their names must be the same as the passport. This is because when do the check-in at the airport, the airline staff will compare these with their names on the passport. If it is not correct, they can not go. Please make sure the names are similar to what is written on their passport. Important!

For the bus, 24 seat bus, the seat in side the bus is very small. So, one person takes 2seats. It is made for Asian people and the middle seat has nothing for the clients to lie their back down. How they can sit with their backs straight for long bus tríp. The bus trip from Hanoi to Halong bay is 3.5hours and the bus trip from Saigon to Mytho, Cu Chi... are the same. 100% they will complain.

Please send me more information about the sex(Mr/Ms) of the group to declare with the airline.

- There are not enough seats for our group on the flight from Hanoi to Siem Reap - Departure at 15:30 and arrival at 17:10. I will try to rebook this flight tomorrow because some people are due to issue the tickets tomorrow and if they do not, there will be enough for our group. So we have chance to book, but we can not keep the booking for a long time.

- At the moment, I booked the flight Hanoi - Siemreap ( departure at 18h00 - 19h40 VN835) and Siemrep - Sai Gon( departure 10h10 -11h30 VN3818). The ticket will have to be issue on 29/1. I will try to rebook this, as well.

Please see the photos about the construction of the subway in front of Kim Do hotel, Oscar hotel, Saigon Palace hotel. The construction may take 2 years to finish. The bus has to stop quite far away from the hotel and the guests have to walk and carry luggages through the construction site with dust. It will be terrible if the rain happens. It will be noisy, dusty and unconvenient for the group. These photos I have just taken today. I am in Saigon now.

I booked Sunway hotel for the group. We need 7 rooms with 2 beds and 3 single rooms with one bed, but since I booked only 4 rooms with 2 beds have been available. I will continue to ask for 3 more rooms with 2 beds. They said in 4 days there is a booking which will need to be confirmed by another agent.

Now, I also made the reservation for Luxury rooms at Hanoi Silk Queen hotel: 7rooms with 2 beds and 3single room. You can see the photos of rooms here: http://silkqueenhotel.com

This hotel is in the right city centre of Hanoi Old Quarter, 4 Minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. it will be convenient for the group to walk around Hanoi old town on the last day and see the food market. The flight to Siemreap is at late afternoon but it costs me a little more when the group stays at this hotel. So I will try to get the rooms for the group in Sunway hotel. If there are enough rooms with 2 beds for 6 and 7 March, the group will stay in Sunway hotel and the last night - 9 March, the group will stay in Hanoi Silk Queen hotel. Is it ok?

I have changed the restaurant. Let's meet at Com Nieu Sai Gon (CNSG) Restaurant around 6pm at 59 Ho Xuan Huong District 3 (it's a short taxi ride from your hotel).

Thanks Robert! We don't know how many of our students are coming. We are making the dinner optional because the students would need to pay for it outside of expenses already charged for the trip.
