I prefer no overnight at the Bay as I saw Halong bay cruise sinking shown on your website. I also get the news recenty a cruise sinking in Danang at night killing a few people. 1/The Fees are not included in your Hanoi tour package from Singapore as follow:
- Drink: 2 bottle of water/ day * 5 days * 2 person * 10.000 VND = 200 000 = 10 USD/ ask your tour guide to show you which shop to buy - Cheaper than in the hotel and restaurants.
- 2 dinner * 2persons * 8 USD = 32 USD Ask your tour guide to show you where to eat locally based on what you like. If you want luxury eatery, 20 USD/meal/person
- Tips for the tour guide for the first 2 days: 15 USD * 2 days = 30 USD( this is normally tipped for your excellent tour guide. You could give more if you like). Tip for the driver of first 2 days: 15 USD in total. You can tip them more as this is minimun tip for excellent services
- You should have some money to buy things you like. If you have no idea of buying things, It is no need to prepare for this.
- You can use Vietnamese Dong or USD. But Vietnam Dong is better for local shops

2/ Silk Queen is clean hotel or Golden cyclo hotel - Standard double or superior twin.

3/ Deposit 50% is requested when confirmed. Firstly, we will send the confirmation of cruise and hotel in 2 different emails. Then, we send you the invoice for you to transfer the deposit.

Thanks Tony for your help, A couple of questions - we are trying to work out how to get the cost down as we have limited budgets. Could we go for medium range hotels - around $50 per night, wifi, with good trip advisor ratings ( more than 50 ratings)

For Halong bay cruise boat on our Hanoi vacation package, we want one that is mid range with good trip advisor ratings ( more than 50 reviews) We have read many negative reviews about these cruises so are trying to book a good one. We arrive on Wednesday and leave on Tuesday so actually need 6 nights accomodation for our Vietnam tour package.

Can you please take out the water puppet show also can we make the Hanoi tour around the old quarter on foot rather than by bike.

Hopefully we can get the costs down for our Hanoi vacation package as we have young members in the group who are still students.

Thanks so much Tony. Sapa was wonderful - our guide, May was exceptional! We really appreciated her knowledge but also really enjoyed her company as well. She made our trip very special. I also wanted to let you know that Mikaila and I will be flying to KL on Tuesday around 1.30pm but we can go to the airport with David and Kim in the morning. Only thing is that we are leaving from the International Terminal and I think David leaves from Domestic as they are flying to Ho Chi Minh. Thank you for everything so far

It should be 3 hours before your flight departure Hi Tony Halong Bay was fantastic - good boat, good service and our guide, Adam was fabulous. We have really enjoyed our traveling with your company. Re airport transfer on Tuesday 12th David and Kim Boyd have a domestic flight to Ho Chi Min city at 11.30 and Mikaila and I have an international flight to KL at 1.10. We would be happy to travel together if the pick up is 8.30.
