I am confirming now that there are 4 of us and we will be flying in from Kuala Lumper on the 31st of May and departing on the 5th of June. In regards to your transportation options, we don't mind travelling with others in the van. However, we would like to know what kind of van and how many people in the van as my parents are just a little concern that the journey may be a little bumpy.

Thank you for the mail. For joining the van, It is a 16 seat van - American Ford Transit van. The number of people on the van is different from day to day around 8 to 10 people. The van driver will drive around to pick up other clients as well.
As we know, Malaysian people may not eat beef... So please advice if any special requests on food. Please send us your flight details and your mobile phone for contact.
For convinience of 3.5 hour drive, I would like to advice you to take the private van(Hanoi - Halong bay - Hanoi) - American Ford Transit van which we also use in other parts of your holiday. The 16seat van is only for your group and you can sit any where you like.
Like our other clients on booking Hanoi tour package with us, please send the deposit of 20% and the rest will be paid in cash on arrival in Hanoi. Please send the deposit to our accounting manager account in the attached file.
