Hi Tony Ta,
We wanted to drop you an email to thank you for sund a great Vietnam trip. From the moment I contacted you, you have been extremely helpful and patient and a pleasure to deal with. Then once we arrived in Hanoi everything ran perfectly. Thai was a great guide and full of information and the driver was good too, making sure we arrived safely.

The boat trip in Halong bay was good although the weather wasn't that great but seeing as a few days later a Typhoon arrived, I think we got away with the best weather possible at the time.

At the end of our Vietnam trip we headed to Ho Chi Minh City which was a real surprise. So busy! Vang (our guide) was very enthusiastic and helpful too.

Below are a few notes that might help you offer even better Vietnam trips to your guests:
The Silk Queen hotel in Hang Gai street: This hotel was good, but not great. The roof top bar wasn't open at the time we arrived as it was being repaired. But this did not ruin our stay.

The Garden Bay: The boat and crew were great, and the rooms were very nice too.

Ho Chi Minh City: The hotel we stayed at in HCMC was the Alagon City Hotel & Spa and it was very good. The rooms where large and clean and it even offered Afternoon Tea and Spa packages for its guests. I would highly recommend it as a hotel if you where looking for options in HCMC for your future guests.

The Chi Chi tunnels: This was an informative, enjoyable trip but one thing to keep in mind for your guides. Please make sure that they tell your future guests that they should put the ear protectors on before they go down to the firing range as we felt forced by Chi Chi tunnel staff to go down to the shooting range and start the shooting before we had time to prepare ourselves (me and the 3 children). Other tourist where firing their guns very close to us while we where still putting our ear protectors on. Overall I felt that once they had our money they didn't care about our safety.

I may sound a little more worried about this than I should be but my wife's father came to this shooting range 4-5years ago and now suffers from hearing problems (Tinnitus) in one ear. His hearing problem started the day after his visit.

All in all we had a great Vietnam trip. We got a good look a Vietnam and differences between Hanoi and HCMC. On the way home we all decided that if we had to choose which city to live in, Hanoi was voted the best!

Once again thank you for your help and I will recommend your services to anyone I hear is going to Vietnam and also leave a good review on Trip Advisor.

I can't find it on your website now but it was called Impression Vietnam package tour If you can't find it either what I am looking for is the following:

13 July. We arrive in Hanoi. Transfer to Hotel in Hanoi.
14 July Hanoi city tour including a food tour in the evening Hotel in Hanoi
15 July Visit Hanoi countryside.
16 July Travel to Halong Bay to board a boat for fur around Halong bay - Overnight on boat
17 July Morning activities Return to mainland and transfer to Airport as we are planing on flying to Hoi An.

Hi Tony, We are actually fling to Da Nang from Hanoi and the flights at that time of the day from Hanoi are either 1830 or 2100. So even though you have suggested we would arrive at 1700, do you think we could get to Hanoi airport by1630 or is that too much of a risk? Dear Mr/Ms. Devine, Normally, we arrive at Hanoi airport around 16:00pm , but I should add 1 extra hour if traffic jam happens on the way. If you book the flight 21:00, you will have a lot free time. So you will be taken back Hanoi around 3pm for free exploration of Hanoi Old Quarter and 18:00pm you will be driven to the airport for the flight to Danang. What do you think? Hi Tony, Thanks for the information. That’s a shame as we will arrive at our hotel in Hoi An very late but if that is the suggestion then we have no choice, it will have to be the 21:00pm flight. There maybe another option....Will the City Tour finish early enough that we could make a 18:30pm flight? It means you can cancel the trip on the lastest day of 15th June 2018 without any fees as it will take 2 days for the transfer to get to our boss account.
